The post COVID-19 business environment is turbulent and constantly disrupted by dynamic changes requiring swift change management strategies and new business models. From innovative competitive strategies with disruptive business models to rapidly changing customer psychographics, demographics and technological advancements, there is a significant shift in business principles. The impact of this shift on the logistics industry has awakened the importance of building sustainable supply chains.
