BAT SECTION BREAKDOWN

Section A: Strategic & Systems Thinking (8 questions)

What it tests: Big-picture thinking, cause–effect logic, strategic judgement.

Sample Question Style

A company dominates its domestic market but faces stagnating growth. It has three options:
A) Enter a risky emerging market
B) Launch a lower-priced product
C) Acquire a smaller competitor

Section B: Quantitative Business Intelligence (6 questions)

What it tests: Business numeracy, financial logic, data interpretation.

Next Steps After BAT

Candidates who score 80% or higher will be invited to:
