What are Hybrid Mode Degrees?
The Hybrid Mode Degrees are world-class programs designed to transform graduates and working professionals into Industry Specialist Professional (ISP) Talents, ready to lead and innovate in their chosen fields. These degrees are conventional degrees but are now offered in a hybrid mode, where participants attend 9 weeks of residential classes annually and are supported by online study to complete the remainder modules. The HMD is ideal for busy professionals and graduates who cannot leave their jobs or families to attend a full-time program but still want a world-recognized, accredited program that can accelerate their career advancement and provide global mobility work anywhere in the world.

Note: Diploma holders need to complete 15 modules per year (45 credits), of which 6 modules will be completed during the 9 weeks Residential whereas the remainder 9 modules will be completed online over 9 months on a modular basis. ie 1 module per month

MyBIG Scholarships
In conjunction with Binary University’s 40th Anniversary in 2024, the Senate of Binary University has approved a special grant to help reduce the financial burden of parents, working professionals and students from Malaysia as well as international students from selected developing countries. This special grant known as the MyBinary International Grant is open to all Malaysians and international students from developing countries to pursue Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees for the academic year of 2024-2025.
All applicants accepted under the MyBinary International Grant will enjoy a 50% subsidy of the yearly tuition fees. This grant is only open to students who enroll for the Feb/March and September 2025 intakes. Successful applicants need only pay the remaining 50% of the tuition fees per year for the entire duration of their studies.

Credit Hours, Fees & Installment Plan
The fees payable at any global university is based on the Level of the program and Credit Hours required to complete a degree. The total credit hours to complete the Masters or Bachelors are as follows
MBA/MSc ITM: 42 credits
BA/BSc Comp Sc: 90 credits (Based on Advanced Entry of Diploma)
The fees for the HMD after MyBIG Scholarship are as follows

Payment for Extension of Study Period
MBA/MSc in ITM
You can complete the Hybrid Masters in 2 years. If you wish to extend the period of study, you will need to apply for approval for extension. You will need to pay USD 150 per semester for any extension approved. You may need to pay extra fees for Visa depending on the Immigration Department rules. The maximum extension period allowed is 4 years.
BA/BSc Comp Sc
You can complete the Hybrid Bachelors in 2 years. If you wish to extend the period of study, you will need to apply for approval for extension.You will need to pay USD 150 per semester for any extension approved. You may need to pay extra fees for Visa depending on the Immigration Department rules.The maximum extension period allowed is 5 years.
