About BBS
Established in 1984, Binary Business School or BBS is the oldest business school in Malaysia among the private universities. BBS has won numerous First World Placings in Business and IT education offered in collaboration with professional bodies from the UK in the 80s. BBS is also a pioneer in offering twinning degrees with British, Australian and American universities in the 80s before it was upgraded by the Government of Malaysia to become a degree granting institution. BA (Hons) in Business Management
Aim
The Binary BABM is the only business degree in the world that creates Industry Specialist Professional (ISP) talents. The aim of the BABM is to produce entrepreneurial managers who are Industry Specialist Professionals (ISPs) and tech savvy. The degree provides a thorough grounding in all aspects of business and, technology management, thus enabling graduates to work in wide range of business functions including AI, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, HRM, Finance, General Management, Public Relations, Advertising, Operations, etc.

BSc (Hons) in Computer Science
Aim
The Binary BSc (Hons) Computer Science degree is the only computer science degree in the world that creates Industry Specialist Professional (ISP) talents. The Binary BSc (Hons) Computer Science degree is unique is that it provides a strong foundation in the latest technologies and equips one with the knowledge and skills to solve complex computing technology and business problems in an innovative manner. The degree aims to produce Industry Specialist Professionals (ISP) who are IT savvy and possess the entrepreneurial mindset to solve challenging problems.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this programme, you will be able
- To demonstrate the latest knowledge and practical applications in a specialist area such as Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing etc.
- To understand how information technology affects society, business and the individual, both from a technical, ethical and legal point of view.
- To demonstrate knowledge of algorithm design and use of efficient data structres.
- To have an in-depth understanding of the appropriate theory, practices, languages and latest tools that may be deployed for the specification, design, implementation and evaluation of a computer-based system.
- To be able to work as an effective Project Manager and be a member of an IT development team.
- To develop a range of cognitive abilities and skills relevant to the task of designing, developing and evaluating programmed solutions to business problems.
Entry Qualifications & English Requirement
- The HMD for Bachelor students is only open to Diploma holders from a government recognised institution from your country e.g. polytechnic, ministry approved private colleges, professional qualifications from recognised bodies etc.
